  • A Subscription (payment of money to participate in the seminars and/or training programs) is valid for the duration of the program they enroll for.
  • A Subscription Fee (payment of money) is collected upfront for the duration of the programs.
  • The User will be able to participate in the seminars and/or training programs for the entire duration of the subscription.
  • User can choose not to participate in subsequent seminars and/or training programs after the completion of the Subscription Period (the duration for which a subscription is valid and paid for).
  • The User cannot stop or opt out of a subscription during the course of the subscription.
  • The User cannot return the subscription or cancel the subscription during the Subscription Period.

xCalData Website and Mobile App

  • A Subscription (payment of money to receive the data and investment advice through the xCalData and GenerateWealth Apps respectively) is valid for the duration for which the User Subscribes for.
  • A Subscription Fee (payment of money) is collected upfront for the duration of the subscription.
  • The User will receive the data or investment advice for the entire duration of the subscription.
  • User can choose not to renew the subscription after the completion of the Subscription Period (the duration for which a subscription is valid and paid for).
  • The User cannot stop or opt out of a subscription during the course of the subscription.
  • The User cannot return the subscription or cancel the subscription during the Subscription Period.

GenerateWealth Website and Mobile App

  • A Subscription (payment of money to receive the data and investment advice through the GenerateWealth App) is valid for the duration for which the User Subscribes for.
  • A Subscription Fee (payment of money) is collected upfront for the duration of the subscription.
  • The User will receive the data and investment advice for the entire duration of the subscription.
  • User can choose not to renew the subscription after the completion of the Subscription Period (the duration for which a subscription is valid and paid for).
  • The User cannot stop or opt out of a subscription during the course of the subscription.
  • The User cannot return the subscription or cancel the subscription during the Subscription Period.
