Our Chief Advisor

As a Behavioral Finance Coach, he specializes in working with organizations to train employees and offer consultation and coaching services to individuals, helping them achieve their financial goals while maximizing their joy.
Since 2008, he has held certification as a Certified Financial Planner. His articles on personal finance have been featured in prominent publications such as Business Line, Business Today, Money Today, Parents Circle, and Nanayam Vikadan (a Tamil magazine focusing on Personal Finance).
In 2009, he was commissioned to publish a course book titled "Risk Analysis and Legal Aspects" by the Life Underwriters Guild of India for their FChFP course.
He serves as a Visiting Faculty at PSG Institute of Management and PSGR Krishnammal College for Women. Additionally, he conducts training sessions and workshops on Personal Finance at various educational institutions.
He conducts regular training sessions at companies such as Titan Industries, ELGI Equipment, The Hindu, Shiva Tex Yarn, L&T, and ZF. His training is conducted in English, Tamil, and Hindi.
With a background in engineering and post-graduation in management, he holds expertise as a Six Sigma Black Belt and a Data Analytics Expert. He leverages his passion for numbers and profound analytical skills to benefit his clients, trainees, and mentees in the realm of finance.
He is an innovator and techno-preneur, with one of his research projects receiving funding from the Government of India through the Department of Science and Industrial Research. He was incubated at TREC-STEP at NIT, Trichy, and went on to win the DST – Lockheed Martin India Innovation Growth Program in 2010. The technology resulting from this research has been successfully commercialized through his company, Karma Innovations and Solutions Pvt Ltd.
He, Karthikeyan Jawahar, also known as JK or Karthi, rediscovered his love for running and completed his first Half Marathon in 2019. Additionally, he enjoys solving up to 4×4 Rubik’s cubes.
